Terms of use and terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the site theonlychastity.com and of its personal-discipline coaching programme, offered by [registered name to be completed, see Legal Notice].

2. Access and minimum age

This service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. Access is subject to age verification [via Yoti — to be confirmed that the flow is in place and live on the sign-up funnel]. Sign-up by a minor is strictly forbidden and will lead to the account being deleted immediately.

3. The programme

The programme combines a daily personal follow-up (streak, daily check-in), an assigned coach, and a private circle (Circle A or B, chosen at sign-up). How the coaching relationship works in detail is described in the Mutual Pledge, which forms an integral part of these terms.

4. Subscription and prices

The programme is offered as a recurring subscription (Essential and Immersion plans, see the Membership Plans page for prices). Payment is handled by our provider Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled, under the conditions described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. The financial lever, at your request

By default the programme applies no fee, no penalty and no sanction. A missed daily check-in has no effect other than resetting a personal indicator.

Some members hold better when their commitment carries a concrete weight. That is what the financial lever is for: a motivation tool, chosen by the member, never a punishment and never a condition of access. It is off by default, it is never switched on automatically, and refusing it changes nothing — neither access to the programme, nor the attention of the coach.

When a member decides to switch it on:

• the member sets the ceiling themselves, and that ceiling is an absolute limit: no sum can ever be asked for beyond it;
• any raising of that ceiling is signed by the member, after a twenty-four hour reflection period during which signing is impossible;
• the most demanding levels require prior identity verification; no document is kept on the site — only the fact of the verification is recorded;
• the member can switch the lever off at any time and without justification; sums already paid are not refunded, and sums not yet called for never will be.

6. Community rules

The site’s two circles are technically partitioned and never meet (directory, groups, private messaging). Every member commits to behaving respectfully towards other members and towards their coach. Any abusive, harassing or non-consensual behaviour may lead to the account being suspended or deleted, without refund of any sums already paid.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, programme structure, graphic elements) is the property of [registered name to be completed] and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability
